A Google Calendar has been implemented to the website in place of the php/MySQL database calendar. This will allow us to keep everything up to date more easily with the excellent Google Calendar interface. Clicking the calendar link (on the left info box or under the “Events” tab) will display an iframe snapshot of the calendar. The latest attendance policy for the Spring 2008 season has also been updated.

Alumni database integrated

posted by: drhoffma on November 25, 2007 @ 1:49 am

The alumni database has been integrated into the existing database. While it will take time for past alumni page data to be copied into the database, if you’re a past rower, coxswain, or coach, please register as an alumnus.

The goal is to find crew alumni and create events to link the active team to past members. One event held in the past was the Alumni Weekend, which took place Lake Wheeler.

If you wish to join the alumni association, fill out your information in the Become a Member section. This will give you your own info page, with a picture submission, as well as add you to the alumni mailing listserv. News and results will be sent to the list periodically.
