Spring Training
The crew team takes a trip every year during spring
break to Florida for spring training. In the past we have gone
to Orlando, Tampa, and Gainsville for most of the week during
spring break. In Florida the team takes on a rigorous training
schedule, practicing every day for several hours at a time. It's
a great opportunity to get to know the crew team members on a
more personal level while improving rowing technique. The training
is required and is a fun way to spend time away from school.
